Another request from the meeting was for strategy seminars. One suggestion was to hold a half-day weekend class/BBQ. It seems like Sundays are best for all-club events, but we could try a Sat morning before the Oakland classes, too. I could host on Sun May 13, but that's Mother's Day. Would that be too tough for everyone? I might be able to do Sun May 20, but that's Bay-to-Breakers and the weekend before the bonspiel. My next open Sunday is June 10. We could do two sessions, too. Thoughts?

Strategy session - dates?

Hi Gabrielle,

Sorry, no reply on your May and June dates (come and going). Both May dates were busy for me and now June 10 is unavailable too.

Hopefully, such a session can be planned out and I'll be free (baseball season now - busy, busy).

Thanks for your hard work. bye, llm.

Is or has there been any further traction to do this?

Mother's Day is not a good

Mother's Day is not a good day for me. The other days are possible. But you should not schedule around me. Unless you were looking for my help in running it.

I'm assuming that's generally

I'm assuming that's generally bad for most people, but I figured I'd put it out there. :)

Any thought to doing strategy in correlation with a video of an actual game - like "what would you call here, and why"? Just a thought. Mother's Day is always going to be bad for me too...

I also like the idea about watching a game and discussing the options.
