Forum Alerts?

Is there any way to be alerted to new posts in any of the forums/threads if you are a registered user on the site?
Personally, it's just not in the back of my head to check forums every day....but, if I were emailed that there is a new post...I'd certainly go check it out.

I've set up rudimentary forum subscriptions. You can subscribe to a specific post by clicking the "Subscribe" link on that page. To subscribe to all Forum posts or all posts within specific topics go to My Account > Subscriptions. Still needs some tweaking when I have more time to devote to it, but it'll get the job done for now.
