just a heads up that from dec 15-19th, The National - Swiss Chalet; Vernon, BC (men's world curling tour event) will be available on-line. info on the event and other known curling broacasts can be found at our Watch Curling!/Curling Broadcast page.

top 18 teams on the wct's 'order of merit' are extended invitations to this 2nd of 4 grand slam events.
8 of the top 10 will be on hand

12/14 event update..
just an fyi,
when i watched the 1st grand slam event (world cup), the internet feeds were free (with site registration).
initially, it is looking like this swiss chalet national event may cost to watch.
and...it's looking like only a selected quarterfinal (sat 12pm) and semifinal (sat 6pm) game as well as the final (sun 10am) will be shown.

you can select from a $4.99 individual broadcast package or a $7.99 full event broadcast.
....you can also get a 'season pass' for this event and the remaining 2 grand slam events for $19.99 ($4 saving)

....great, glad to know some others are watching!
just a head's up....at the broadcast/watch curling page...if you scroll to the very bottom, you'll see the word 'subscribe'.
if anyone is interested in receiving auto updates to broadcast links, just subscribe to that page and you'll get them in your email.

p.s. if you haven't seen it at the broadcast page...universal sports (tv) looks like they'll be carrying the men's and women's world championships in march and april...so, that's something to look fwd to.

Thanks, Michael. Totally appreciate this. I'm tired of watching the same Tivo'd curling matches over and over! :-)
it may be possible that it is free to watch once the live event has started and that your payment allows you to log into your acct and watch at your leisure. i have an email into them about that.
