 In our Beginner lesson series\, you'll learn everything yo
 u need to know to start curling in a fun and safe environment\, including 
 delivery\, sweeping\, and calling shots. Our experienced instructors will 
 provide individual coaching and teach you the rules of the game along with
  basic strategies. By the end of the series you will be equipped to play i
 n beginner leagues and tournaments.
 No prior experience is necessary. Cu
 rling is adaptable for all abilities. If you have questions\, or specific 
 accommodation requests\, please contact us.
 Lessons meet once a week in 
 small groups for two and a half hours per session and include:
 
 Off-ic
 e learning in our classroom
 On-ice drills and techniques
 On-ice coache
 d games
 
 And then you're invited to stick around after the lesson to h
 ave a drink and some snacks with the other curlers. (We curlers call that 
 \"broomstacking\" and it's part of the fun!)
