League Split or Fifth Interest Form Fall 2023

Interested in splitting a league or joining a team as a fifth member? Fill out this form and our drawmasters will do our best to find you a spot! 

**Note that this is not an official league registration form**  We cannot gurantee there is space for splits and 5ths, but every effort will be made. 

Please select all leagues that you are interested in, as well as pertinent information (available dates, request to split with someone specifically, etc).

Splits are usally 50% of the total league fee and participants curl half of the league nights, and 5th fees and curling nights may be negotiatied with the teams directly. Billing will be arranged with you separately if space can be found.
