Sparkler Spiel - Saturday, July 6th, 12-7PM

The Sparkler Spiel is a social bonspiel (casual tournament) for curlers of all experience levels, and a great way to meet other members of the club. This spiel format will be teams of 3 playing a series of 2-end games over 4 hours.

Normal rules of curling with some variations (see here for full rules):

• Each team of 3 players throws 6 rocks per end, free guard rule for first 2 rocks
• Each game is 2 ends, scoring is 1pt/rock, 2pts/end, 4pts/game (We'll go over everything at the start.)

It’s $50/person, which includes BBQ post play! (If you have any dietary restrictions, please add that under "Notes to the Club" when you register.)

Register as an individual and we will mix up teams in this final curling event of the season! It'll be a BLAST (figuratively speaking...no actual fireworks)! The BBQ post ice time will be a great time to socialize with fellow curlers over the holiday weekend.

As this is our LAST night of curling before our summer melt, we are also organining some final fun, games and socializing post spiel...stay tuned for more details! 

P.S. The Sparkler Spiel is open to members from neighboring clubs and any curler currently active in a SFBACC program (I.e. - Lesson Series, Beginners League, etc.) are welcome to sign up!
