Guided practices are designed to introduce basic drills for fundamental skill development. The goal is to help our new curlers develo p more comfort on the ice and learn how to utilize practice ice more effec tively. Sessions are run by different instructors who will focus on a topi c each session (see what is planned for each registration). \;All prac tice and instruction is on-ice\; there is no classroom time.
