Guided practices are designed to introduce basic d rills for fundamental skill development. The goal is to help our new curle rs develop more comfort on the ice and learn how to utilize practice ice m ore effectively. Sessions are run by different instructors who will focus on a topic each session (see what is planned for each registration). \ ;All practice and instruction is on-ice\; there is no classroom time.
