Guided practices are designed to introduce basic drills for funda mental skill development. The goal is to help our new curlers develop more comfort on the ice and learn how to utilize practice ice more effectively . Sessions are run by different instructors who will focus on a topic each session (see what is planned for each registration). \;All practice a nd instruction is on-ice\; there is no classroom time.
