Guided practices are designed to introduce bas ic drills for fundamental skill development. The goal is to help our new c urlers develop more comfort on the ice and learn how to utilize practice i ce more effectively. Sessions are run by different instructors who will fo cus on a topic each session (see what is planned for each registration).&n bsp\;All practice and instruction is on-ice\; there is no classroom time. Topics can range from: Fundamental delivery drills that focus on: B alance\, Delivery Setup\, Alignment\, Weight Control\, Release\, Delivery timing Sweeping basics Communication 101 Use of practice equipment: gates\, cones\, etc Open Coaching: Our experienced instructors will teac h drills based on participant request (group consensus) \;  \;  \; Note: SFBACC also runs skill clinics and lessons.
