Guided practices are designed to introduce basic drills for fundamen tal skill development. The goal is to help our new curlers develop more co mfort on the ice and learn how to utilize practice ice more effectively. S essions are run by different instructors who will focus on a topic each se ssion (see what is planned for each registration). \;All practice and instruction is on-ice\; there is no classroom time. Topics can range fro m: Fundamental delivery drills that focus on: Balance\, Delivery Setu p\, Alignment\, Weight Control\, Release\, Delivery timing Sweeping basi cs Communication 101 Use of practice equipment: gates\, cones\, etc Open Coaching: Our experienced instructors will teach drills based on part icipant request (group consensus) \;  \;  \; Note: SFBA CC also runs skill clinics and lessons.
