If you'd like to transition off the stabilizer\, this is the session for you! We'l l work on balance drills\, identify the best broom position for you based on your delivery mechanics\, then work our way up from just sliding to ful l deliveries. --------------------------------- Guided practices are f or: New curlers who have completed at least some level of introductor y instruction Any curler who is new to practice ice or looking to improv e or learn a fundamental element of the game. Guided practices are de signed to introduce basic drills for fundamental skill development. The go al is to help our new curlers develop more comfort on the ice and learn ho w to utilize practice ice more effectively. Sessions are run by different instructors who will focus on a topic each session (see what is planned fo r each registration). \;All practice and instruction is on-ice\; there is no classroom time.
