Guided practices are designed t o introduce basic drills for fundamental skill development. The goal is to help our new curlers develop more comfort on the ice and learn how to uti lize practice ice more effectively. Sessions are run by different instruct ors who will focus on a topic each session (see what is planned for each r egistration). \;All practice and instruction is on-ice\; there is no c lassroom time.
