We’re excited to host our second All-American Minispiel! The All-American has been sponsored by The United States Women's Curling Association (USWCA) since 1966. This event was designed to encourage the involvement of women — especially new and less experienced women curlers — so they may have a bonspiel experience to foster a greater awareness of women's curling and the role of the USWCA.

This spiel format will be teams of 3 playing a series of 2-end games over 4 hours. Normal rules of curling with some variations:

• Each team of 3 players throws 6 rocks per end, free guard rule for first 2 rocks
• The skip and vice must be woman-identifying curlers; the lead can be any gender
• Each game is 2 ends, scoring is 1pt/rock, 2pts/end, 4pts/game (We'll go over everything at the start.) 

Register as a team or individual to be matched with others (we'll do our best to balance teams by experience level). This minispiel is open to members from neighboring clubs and any curler currently active in a SFBACC program (I.e. - Lesson Series, Beginners League, etc.).

Registration opens Monday, March 3 at 12PM Pacific.
