2026 Spring Wednesday Daytime Sturling League - 4/29-6/3 - 10:00AM

Brand new to SFBACC: Sturling (a combo of stick + slide curling) is a fun, two-person format designed for people of all ages and abilities to be able to play together. Rocks can be delivered from a standing position (with a stick), sitting position (wheelchair delivery), or slide delivery. Teammates stay at each end of the sheet for the game, taking turns throwing and skipping, with no sweeping between the hog lines. You can see more of the unique rules here.

We’ll introduce this format to our club with two clinics, but we welcome any player new to curling and/or this format to give it a try!

Dates: Wednesdays, April 29th through June 3rd, 10 AM -12PM (6 weeks)

Registration: 

• Opens  3/18 Noon PST for Lifetime and PLUS members; 3/19 Noon PST for general registration 
• Closes on April 6th

Format: 2-person teams (any gender combination), Recreational

Competitiveness: ★★

Registration Type: Individual 

Team Creation: Open. The drawmaster will assign free-agents to teams.

League Fee: $150 adults or youths (21 & under)
