 **Special note: due to a high volume of interest after the Olympics, our group event schedule is fully booked through the end of June. Our curling facility closes June through August, but we will start taking requests for our September-December season soon. Thank you for your interest and we hope to find a space for all groups in the near future!**

Pricing

Our pricing is based on the number of sheets (playing fields) used, up to our full club of five sheets. Each sheet can support 5-10 people. 

 *Total cost for events includes ice space, instructors, equipment for all participants, plus an opening fee for daytime hours.

How Group Events Work

• Curling group events are 1 hour and 45 minutes in length and are taught by our volunteer instructors. 
• Events are designed to be fun for people who have never curled before. We will teach participants the basics and have everyone playing a game in less than an hour. The first half is spent teaching everyone the basics of curling (delivering a stone and sweeping), and then your group will play a coached game for the remaining time. No experience is necessary!
• Your group will be assigned their own ice sheet(s) (a playing field) and instructors. If your group is looking to rent the entire facility for a private event, we have a club buy-out option. 
• We provide all the necessary equipment, such as brooms, sliders, stabilizers, and adaptive tools. 
  • Our facility is fully ADA accessible (the ice too) and our instructors can adapt curling techniques for a wide range of abilities, including delivering curling stones while standing up or in a wheelchair.
• If your group is interested in utilizing our "warm room" area for meetings or post-game socializing (we call it broomstacking), please let us know! We also have bar packages available to serve soft drinks, hot cocoa and coffee, wine, beer, or cocktails.
• Our standard event format can accommodate up to 50 participants. If you have a larger group, we can discuss custom options. 
• Booked events are not refundable, but we can arrange reschedules with advanced notice.

Timing for Events

Weekday daytim events can start as early as 10:45AM and as late as 3:30PM.

Weekend events are generally available Saturday and Sunday afternoons and evenings. Weekend groups may also book through our Try Curling Events (we'll keep your group together on the ice, just mention your group name when booking).

Weekday evening events are somewhat limited due to our league schedules.
