SFBACC Intermediate Skills Clinic: Delivery Development
Are you looking to improve your delivery? Need to work on balance and power generation? This 2 hour clinic will take a deep dive into delivery development. Led by SFBACC instructors, this clinic will help you advance towards your personal curling goals. Topics are relevant to all levels of curlers, and curlers who have completed a lesson series or a full league are especially encouraged to apply.
Topics will include:
- ABCs of a good delivery
- Delivery and balance drills
- Generating power
- Video analysis
This includes 30 minutes of off-ice instruction followed by 2 hours of on-ice drills, instruction, and individual video analysis.
