Members are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) in person that will be held on Sunday March 27 at the club (8450 Enterprise Way, Oakland). At 5:30pm we will have a BBQ (food made by Brian Patrick (donations encouraged)) and the AGM will begin at 7:00pm. At 8:00pm we will conclude the meeting by closing the board election and announcing our new board members. If you plan to attend, please fill out this RSVP by THURSDAY, 3/24 so we know how much food to prepare.
