Topics can range from:

• Fundamental delivery drills that focus on: Balance, Delivery Setup, Alignment, Weight Control, Release, Delivery timing
• Sweeping basics
• Communication 101
• Use of practice equipment: gates, cones, etc
• Open Coaching: Our experienced instructors will teach drills based on participant request (group consensus)   

 Group coaching sessions are scheduled by skill level. Check out your skill level here.
