Guided Practice: Delivery and Fundamentals

This guided practice will review foundational curling skills and help you start your Fall 2023 curling season right! These sessions teach participants how to utilize practice ice and boost your confidence to join any of our leagues! Novices encouraged, though all curlers are welcome!

Note that participants should have completed one of our Learn to Curl clinics for a basic introduction to the sport first. See here for classes!

• 11:30-1:30PM: Introduction to Strategy (Off-Ice Clinic) with Gabrielle Coleman (note: class takes place in the SFBACC warm room, in-person)
• 12-3PM: Back to Cool Practice and Pickup Ice
• 2-3PM: Open Coaching Practice Ice
• 2:15 to 3PM: Instructor Clinic 9/16/23 2:15-3:00pm (FREE!)
